Return and Refund Policy
At Tubchr, we wish to ensure that you shop with confidence in mind. If anything goes wrong with your order, we will be there for you. The policy explains how returns and refunds work.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following situations:
- An item being defective or damaged at the time of arrival.
- The wrong product was sent.
- Unused goods in its original packaging must be returned within 7 days after delivery.
Hardware wallets and security-related accessories cannot be returned if they are used, unsealed, or activated. This is to keep them secure and as a measure of integrity.
2. Requesting Return
To return a product, please email [email protected] with details of your order and a reason for the return. We will process the request and guide you with instructions on where to send the item.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are carried out only in case the fault lies with us (defective product/wrong item sent).
- When we receive the returned item and examine it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed strictly by way of bank transfer.
4. Payment Method
We accept cash on delivery only for our purchases. Hence, if refunds are given, they will only be made via bank transfer.
5. Data Protection
We handle personal data according to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of Hong Kong. Information shared in connection with a return or refund request will be kept confidential and used solely to process your request.
6. Changes to This Policy
This policy may change whenever deemed necessary. Changes will appear on this page with the updated effective date.
